Happy Easter! He has risen indeed! Alleluia! Did you miss our kindergartners explaining the meaning of Easter? Check it out – they are learning so much!

Canoe building for our 7th and 8th graders is wrapping up. Staff from Urban Wilderness (https://www.urbanwildernessprogram.org/) are heading this up with our students. Students are enjoying this hands on experience!

We invite you and your school and/or parish community to join us at the Minnesota State Capitol on Wednesday, May 7, for an Advocacy Day and Rally for Nonpublic School Students. This is an important opportunity to stand together in support of nonpublic school students and to urge lawmakers to preserve critical funding.

As you may know, current proposals would eliminate more than $100 million in nonpublic pupil aid, effective July 1, 2025. These funds provide essential support for transportation, nursing services, counseling, and textbooks. Their loss would have a serious impact on students and families across the state, raising costs by roughly $1,000 per student, per year.

We encourage school leaders, teachers, students, families, and concerned citizens to attend.

Register for the day here and visit our resources page here to access all the material you need for May 7.

At Saint Wenceslaus, we take great pride in our school community. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to ensure that every child feels supported and successful—not only in academics but also in their spiritual growth, collaboration, social skills, & leadership development.

Registration for 2025-26 is now open! Help us continue our long-standing tradition of educating and nurturing young minds by sharing this opportunity with those you know. Together, we can shape the future, one student at a time! Call our school if you would like more information or a tour. We look forward to partnering with you!

Look for the bucket to donate @ St. Wenceslaus School! The money is used for scholorships and grants that teachers apply for to enhance their classrooms. St. Wenceslaus teachers AND students have benefited from these funds and this partnership.
