From the Office of Principal:
Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of SWS;
We have had a great year. We are reviewing the things that took place and the those that we want to build upon more in the future. We invite everyone to fill out a confidential school survey.
There are two ways to fill out this survey.
1. Here is an online link. We will not be collecting email addresses to keep this highly confidential.
(copy and paste this link into your browser if it does not open)
2. Click here to get a format to copy/print and mail/send to school as you choose.

Thank for your help in making SWS an even better school.
Peace to you and your family,
