Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Office Update
From the Office of Principal:
Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of SWS;
I’d like to give you one more post before I import all of the new family/friends/supporters names and take off the names of the families who will not be returning to SWS for the next school year. This newsletter shares some excellent news as we wrap up all things for the 21-22 school year and we think about our future 22-23 school year.
Take care and enjoy these beautiful days of the season.

Past Due – Tuition Account Set-up
All tuition agreements need to be set up in TADS.
Financial assistance or discounted tuition cannot be applied until the agreement has been set up.
All new and returning families must set up an account in TADS.
Once you set up the payment account, please call Sherry to let her know and then she can import the financial assistance for those who have applied/qualified.
Red “Property of Saint Wenceslaus School ” t-shirts
Adults – do you have one of these red shirts?
We would love if you wear these around town this summer. They are great advertising for our school.
Also, please wear this red t-shirt to our church festival on August 13 and 14 to show you are connected to SWS!
We will ask everyone to wear them when we participate in the Dozinky parade in September. Get yours now.
We are placing a new order on July 15.
Download the form here or call the school office to order and pay with a credit card.
Summer Homework
Don’t forget to keep your kids reading and doing math over the summer.
Most classes were given specific instructions by the teacher. All older students will receive a grade for 3 books read and book reports completed. That is only one book per month. Along with one hour of math applications per month.

SWS Golf Tournament
It was a beautiful day and a successful tournament. Lots of fun was had and lots of support for our school was given.
A very special thanks to the committee members who put the tournament together. We especially thank Tom Mach who has served on the committee almost the entire time his children attended SWS.
Thanks to the sponsors, donors, golfers, and all volunteers for this event.
SWS Uniform Exchange
This is a spot on Facebook for SWS parents to give away and find free uniforms.
Post uniforms the are too small or ones your kids never wear. Others might be able to use it for their kids.
Keep this link and site going all summer long.

Do Not bring bags of uniforms to school. We no longer host an exchange night as we have no place to store them. The uniform site was successful last year. We will try for one more year.
Be sure to post the sizes you are giving or the sizes you need to connect up with other parents.
Congratulations to our counselor, Ashley!
Ashley Dietz got married last weekend and is now officially Mrs. Hoffman. We wish her a world of love in her marriage and life to come.
We wish you the best, Mrs. Hoffman!
