Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Office Update
From the Office of Principal:
Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of SWS,
Last week we had a wonderful celebration of our school with Catholic Schools Week. There are 6289 Catholic schools that celebrated with us throughout the United States. We are not alone and we are not small in this country. With the average cost to educate a public school student being $11,841 our large number of Catholic schools do a great service to the country by saving the government $21 billion dollars each year. Think about how this would look if we did not exist!
These are the statistics from the National Catholic Education Association located in Washington DC. Statistics also show that children who attend Catholic schools are twice as likely to go on to college. We are proud to work so closely with families and provide children with a very unique education that provides faith development along with academics. Our Catholic schools are tried and true. They have been tested over and over for hundreds of years. Faith education along with academics produces wonderful people for our world. SWS, like all other Catholic schools, have reasons to celebrate. Thank you for believing in our school!
