Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Office Update

From the Office of Principal:

Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of SWS,

Get ready, Get set, Go!
We are now moving into some of the busiest weeks ahead for our SWS parents and other volunteers. We have the Starry Night auction and the fish fry which both require more help that you can possibly imagine.

In all my years as a principal, I have been told over and over again – yes this is alot of work but parents have fun. It is in helping at these events and other volunteer positions that school parents have made best friends with each other. Parents have gotten to know other parents who have children in the same classroom. Parents have felt the sense of family and connectedness. Volunteers have been rewarded knowing that they are making a difference.

The links to sign up to volunteer are below. We request each family sign up for two events or two shift positions at one event. Both of these activities are important for the school. Join in, meet new people, help the school, and have fun. Please know that YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED.

PS – All of our school friends, supporters and grandparents are often volunteers at our school events. To you, we give a special star of appreciation!

Aim Higher Tuition Grants will close on February 18!
Once your child qualifies for this grant, they will get the grant every year until they graduate from grade 8 even if you transfer to another Catholic school.

To apply for this grant, you must apply for financial assistance with TADS. (This is a needs based grant. Do not be afraid to apply. The process is very confidential.)
