Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Office Update
From the Office of Principal:
Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Friends of SWS,
He has Risen! Hope is in our hearts as we bring to light this Easter that Christ has died and He has risen so that we too can have eternal life. Carrying this hope in our hearts keeps us on a steadfast course to God.
With distance learning that we keep the hope alive and our course steady. We will begin our 4th week of learning in this alternative style using our technology, telephone, and other remote ways. We know that this is especially challenging for parents who are trying to do their jobs and also help their children with their schoolwork or for those who come home exhausted in the evening and do not have enough time in the day for everything that needs to get accomplished. We are all here to help and all you need to do is to reach out and ask. Our staff is happy to work with each family to find the best solutions so that all are successful. Keep the hope alive and keep stepping forward as we work together.
We cannot be more grateful for all of the support that has been given to our school in the past five years with our STEM and technology initiatives. We hit the ground running when we faced this online challenge. It is great to see how our students are connected to us. We are feeling strong and positive as we participate in this final stretch of our school year.
Tuesday Night Social
Launching one night per week called “Tuesday Night Social” at 7:00 PM via Zoom Meeting.
Anyone from our school community is invited to join. This will be a time when the principal and maybe a staff member or two will be online and will be happy to discuss anything with those who join or it can simply be a social time with other school adults.
There is no pressure to attend. We simply want to be there for you. Great ideas generated at these meeting will be passed on to the staff.
Ground rules: Any issues of a negative nature against any staff member or complaints about any particular issue that should be discussed privately will not be allowed in a public forum. An email or call to the principal or teacher directly to help you resolve these issues is more appropriate.
