Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Weekly Office Update

From the Office of Principal:

We did it! Congratulations to everyone for a job well done in our recent marathon. Our goal was $43,000. We have collected $49,058.36 to date and a few more donations are still trickling in. We are so very appreciative of these funds and excited to go over our goal at this early point in the school year. You are an amazing school community that is on a mission to make our school such a beautiful place for our children to learn and grow.

Marathon money is used to meet the budgetary expenses for the year. In other words, we need this money to pay our bills. All-in-all, our school needs to earn $181,000 this year. We have 3 required fundraisers; marathon, fish fry, and sweepstakes.

We also have other events that are not required but we hope that you can also participate in them so that we can meet our goal. These nonrequired events are as follows; Starry Night Auction Event, Golf Tournament, and new this year’s the “Pot-o-Gold”.

Fundraising is a huge part of our budget. We just ask everyone to do their best. Your best will make our school the best. We, fortunately, have done a terrific job for many years keeping teaching staff, school resources, and our programs top notch! We love your spirit and energy because that is what makes a difference for the children.  Yay Team SWS!

Handmade Market Booth
Please help our Home and School Association with the booth for the Handmade Market.

We are making “Gift-in-a-Jar”. We need some food ingredients for the jars. Please click this link to sign up to donate an item. We are also accepting cash donations so that our committee members can go out shopping for the supplies.
