Saints School News
January 1, 2019 – Happy New Year!
Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Weekly Office Update
From the Office of Principal
Happy New Year to everyone as we ring in 2019. We are very excited for this year to come and have been working on many issues including the growth of the school, the expansion of our preschool, and our continued efforts to recognize the school parents and supporters who allow the school to exist.
The staff is by far one of the most educated groups of people who work together in one place. Together they plan and develop the best ways to teach our students and they continue to strive for more knowledge and greater skill through many forms of teacher education programs and opportunities.
We are working together to become a more Holy School bringing our students close to God and working to bring their faith into their hearts so they too may continue the peaceful spirit-filled ways to lead as they grow; reaching out to others and relying on God in all that they do.
Our school parents and supporters are true examples and models for all of us of the endless giving of self and generosity. St. Wenceslaus School is such a wonderful and beautiful place.

Tuition Grants for 2018-19 School Year
There are many opportunities to help our families offset the costs associated with a non-public school such as SWS.
Registration time
Pass the word to families you may know with children. We will soon be accepting registrations for all grade levels. Preschool registration begins this week. We have many new preschool options for young families including full day programs and the traditional preschool half days. We need your help to spread the word because YOU ARE OUR BEST FORM OF ADVERTISING!
- Invite a new family to come for a tour.
Join them for the tour so they feel more welcome.
Encourage them to talk with the principal about tuition options and to not be afraid of the financial expectations.
Pray with them that they make the right decision for their child.
Send them the information about the upcoming open house opportunities.
Do whatever you can to inform them about the school.

Volunteers Wanted for the Fish Fry.
Please consider volunteering to be part of the planning committee for the fish fry dinner. The group has several planning meetings before the dinner takes place in April. This is a needed event for our school and a great event for the community as we welcome more than 1400 people to dinner on the day of the fish fry.
Please keep in mind that SWS has about 100 families to make all of our event s happen successfully. We truly are a family community working together to make our school great.
