St. Wenceslaus Catholic School is excited to invite you to participate in our Thirteenth Annual Handmade Market on Saturday, October 25th, 2025. Our goal is to gather a variety of talented vendors who create high-quality items to advertise and sell their product to the New Prague and surrounding communities.
This event attracts over 850+ shoppers and 60 vendors. The event is a huge success for the committee and for the vendors. We have shoppers join us from across the Twin Cities, Northern and Southern Minnesota.
There has been a change made regarding vendors selling food items. Please read the details of these changes. Unless given permission we can no longer accept handmade items with our copyrighted SWS logo.
The event will run from 9:00AM – 2:00PM. Setup will be on Friday, October 24th, 5:00 – 8:00PM and on Saturday, October 25th 7:00-8:30AM. Please remember that all items being sold MUST be handmade. Participation fees are $65 without a table or $75 with an 8 foot table included. Booths include chairs, if requested. Renting a table is a convenience for a $10 fee. We have a limited number of electrical booths available (at an additional fee), so they will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please register early, as you will not be considered until payment and paperwork are received. Deadline for registration is September 12, 2025. Registration after September 12th is $100 without a table and $110 with an 8 foot table included. ** Please note we will do our best to accommodate any booth location requests, but it cannot be guaranteed you will be placed in the same location as past years. If you have a website, please include it on the registration form as we will include this on our Facebook page for shoppers to view vendor participants, products, and website.
If you would like to participate, please fill out and return with payment:
- Registration form
- Operator Certificate of Compliance, and
- Occasional Sales Form (if applicable).
- Checks should be written to St. Wenceslaus School (SWS). A confirmation email will be sent once registration is received and to reserve booth(s) for the event.
