Saint Wenceslaus Catholic School Weekly Office Update

From the Office of Principal

Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Supporters of SWS,

Thank you so much for being a part of such a wonderful school. Do you realize that all families who are part of the school, especially the children, form a way of life and habit for healthy prayer, love, and connections to God. We have a mission and ministry that is our faith. This is a very important task that we are called to. You make this school possible with your attendance, participation and your involvement. Thank you so much for keeping SWS in your hearts!

Volunteers are needed for many things at all schools and SWS also needs volunteers!
We ask all families to help out with a few of our events. Preschool families , we ask you to help with at least 1 event and K-8 families with at least 2 events. Volunteering help the school but it also is a fun way for you to get to know others. SWS has 3 major events that we ask for help:

The Fish Fry and Starry Night Auction Event are the major event and we need 100″s of volunteer hours to be successful. Click on a link below to help.

Bean Bag Tournament

SWS has once again been chosen as a beneficiary of the Angels Among Us (AAU) fundraiser. This is the same foundation that raised money last summer, and the donation to SWS was used to purchase the STEM desks and chairs in our 4th grade classroom. Our 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Biren, is part of this foundation.

They are hosting a Bean Bag Tournament, Breakfast, and Silent Auction event on Saturday, February 23 in the PAC. You are invited to join them for a french toast and sausage breakfast (Ettlin’s french toast), registr as a team to compete in the Bean Bag tournament, or purchase items in the Silent Auction.

They are also looking for SWS volunteers to help; please click the Signup Genius link to volunteer. If you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction, register a Bean Bag Team, or purchase Breakfast Tickets, please contact Dawn Biren at dawn.biren@swsaints.org.
